Full Job Description

This role focuses on creating, editing, and publishing internal digital content that helps associates deliver exceptional service to clients and participants. Working closely with business partners and content team members, the position is responsible for producing clear, accurate, and user-friendly process and product documentation while ensuring all content meets quality standards, style guidelines, and publishing deadlines. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and has strong written communication and content management skills. A bachelor's degree is preferred, along with experience in benefits administration, outsourcing administration, or financial services. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision, consistently meet deadlines, and proactively identify and resolve issues before they become problems. Strong business and technical writing skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams are essential. While advanced technical skills are not required, candidates should be comfortable using computers and modern content management systems, demonstrate attention to detail, balance speed with accuracy, and efficiently support a high-volume content production environment through the end of the year. Must Have: • Semi-proficient with a computer • Efficient at their work. The work needs to be done by EOY, so we need a self-starter • Proactive when there are issues rather than reactive
