Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and highly skilled Experienced Injector specializing in Aesthetic treatments to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will deliver safe, effective, and personalized aesthetic procedures that enhance our clients' natural beauty and confidence. Your expertise in injectables, laser treatments, and a variety of cosmetic services will play a vital role in providing exceptional guest experiences. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a vibrant environment where innovation, professionalism, and customer satisfaction are at the forefront. As an integral part of our team, you will utilize your management skills and industry knowledge to ensure the highest standards of service and safety.

Responsibilities

Perform injectable treatments such as dermal fillers and botulinum toxin (Botox) with precision, adhering to all safety protocols and industry best practices
Administer aesthetic laser treatments, chemical peels, dermabrasion, and other advanced skin care procedures to meet client needs per experience level
Provide comprehensive consultations to assess client goals, explain treatment options, and develop personalized treatment plans
Maintain strict sanitation standards and proper sterilization of all equipment to ensure client safety and compliance with health regulations
Manage client appointments efficiently
Educate clients on post-treatment care, product recommendations, and upselling opportunities to enhance their results and satisfaction
Stay current with industry trends, new techniques, and certifications in areas like Tox, dermal fillers and other aesthetic services
Support front desk operations by assisting with guest services, retail sales, product demos, and social media management to promote the practice’s brand

Qualifications

Proven experience working in the beauty or med spa industry with a strong background in injection administration (dermal fillers and Botox)
Certification or licensure in cosmetology or medical aesthetics as required by local regulations
Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients clearly about treatment options and aftercare instructions
Strong customer service orientation combined with hospitality skills for guest engagement and retention
Experience with retail sales strategies including upselling skincare products or treatment packages
Commitment to sanitation standards and safety protocols at all times
