SUMMARY
Provides labor to support the activities and operations of the Cultivation Department while abiding by policies, procedures, and operational guidelines. Maintains organization, cleanliness, and efficiency of production areas. Works across all regions of the post harvest department to maintain production and quality control and carry out day-to-day flower manicuring for all flower in the facility in accordance with all Local and State rules and regulations and company quality control standards
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES (This list is not intended to be all-inclusive)
- Provide flower manicuring with oversight from the department leads and managers, including but not limited to:
- Bucking, sorting, trimming, packaging, maintenance, transportation, waste disposal, and assisting in inventory management
- Ensure room upkeep through regular maintenance, cleaning, and quality control inspections according to Company policy.
- Maintain all facility protocols in an efficient and timely manner.
- Facility Cleaning
- Perform all assigned duties to ensure a clean, sanitary, and safe cultivation facility.
- Responsible for the cleanliness and sanitization of all cultivation equipment, surfaces, and tools.
- Execute preventative maintenance.
- Maintain an organized work environment
- Occasional dispensary delivery driving
- Reporting and Documentation
- Ensure accurate documentation of all tracking numbers, lot numbers, and all other applicable information.
- Measures and records flower data.
- Follows all company safety and security policies and procedures to ensure a safe and injury-free work zone.
- Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor

- Facility maintenance and troubleshooting as necessary

- Ability to be flexible and work in various sectors of the department as needed and/or requested by their direct supervisor; this may include but is not limited to helping post-harvest processing with small tasks, cleaning and/or moving supplies and equipment and/or helping the kitchen or extraction teams.
- Must work well with others and have the ability to adapt quickly to changes in policy, procedure, and technique.
- Frequent contact with supervisor via face-to-face discussions
- Use of independent judgment regarding product processing, keeping quality, projections, and goals in mind
- Employee must be able to follow basic instructions and ability to take constructive criticism from their managers to maintain quality standards and production goals. Coaching is routine and to be expected.

- Experience in a kitchen, factory, or cleaning environment.

WORK CONTEXT
- Physical Requirements
- Requires prolonged walking and standing and some bending, reaching, stooping, and stretching
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to perform grasping, lifting, walking, standing, talking, hearing, seeing, and repetitive motions.
- Ability to lift, carry, and balance up to 50 pounds (100 pounds with assistance)
- Ability to proficiently operate a computer and other office equipment
- Working Conditions
- Work is generally performed inside a climate-controlled cultivation facility and outside.
- Work is subject to weather conditions, including rain and hot or cold temperatures.
- Involves frequent contact with varied levels of personnel, including vendors, visitors, and staff
- Will require working rotating shifts with varied hours/day, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events
- May eventually include working an alternative workweek
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered, including internal experience.
- Experience following a health and safety compliance program preferred
- A valid driver’s license and be insurable; continuing education will be required to maintain certifications and licenses
- At least a minimum of 21 years old and pass a criminal background check
