Are you looking for more than just another outpatient position? If you're passionate about building meaningful relationships with patients while making a real impact in an underserved community, this opportunity offers the chance to practice medicine the way it was meant to be practiced.
Our client, a highly respected nonprofit community health system in beautiful Southern Oregon, is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) or Physician to join its growing medical team. Multiple practice settings are available, including traditional outpatient primary care and an integrated clinic serving patients with substance use disorders and behavioral health needs.
This is a 100% outpatient opportunity with no inpatient or obstetrical responsibilities and an outstanding four-day work week, allowing providers to enjoy an exceptional work-life balance while working alongside a collaborative team of physicians, advanced practice providers, behavioral health specialists, pharmacists, nurses, medical assistants, and care coordinators.
You'll become part of an organization that believes outstanding patient care begins by supporting its providers. Modern technology, integrated behavioral health services, dedicated clinical support staff, virtual scribes, Epic EMR, and a true team-based approach allow you to focus on what matters most—your patients.
Providers interested in the integrated behavioral health practice will care for patients experiencing substance use disorders and severe mental illness within a highly collaborative harm-reduction model that partners closely with behavioral health professionals, addiction specialists, hospitals, and community organizations.
Whether you are an experienced provider or looking for a mission-driven organization where you can grow your career, this is an outstanding opportunity to join one of the region's premier healthcare systems while enjoying the incredible lifestyle Southern Oregon has to offer. The area features breathtaking mountain scenery, world-class hiking, skiing, rivers, wineries, excellent restaurants, a vibrant arts community, and easy access to the Oregon Coast.
Qualified candidates should be board certified or board eligible as a Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Physician. Candidates must possess or be eligible for an Oregon medical license along with current DEA registration and CPR certification. Experience working with underserved populations, community health, Federally Qualified Health Centers, or integrated behavioral health is highly preferred. Spanish language skills are a plus.
