This position is for an automotive vendor selling software and marketing solutions to franchised new-car dealerships.

To be considered, applicants MUST:

Live in Southern California, Las Vegas, NV, or Phoenix, AZ, or the surrounding metropolitan areas.
Have previous outside sales experience selling products or services TO automotive dealerships.
Have existing relationships with dealership General Managers, Dealer Principals, General Sales Managers, or Marketing Directors.

Outside Sales Representative – California Region

SERV Results is growing, and we are looking for a motivated outside sales professional to help us expand our dealer partnerships throughout the California region.

This role requires the candidate to be based in or near Southern California, Las Vegas, or the Phoenix area, with strong existing relationships in those automotive markets.

SERV Results partners with automotive dealerships to help them identify, engage, and convert high-intent shoppers who are already visiting their websites. Our programs help dealers grow first-party leads, improve customer engagement, and drive measurable results.

We are looking for a driven, relationship-focused salesperson who understands the automotive industry and has experience selling directly to dealership decision-makers, including General Managers, Dealer Principals, and Marketing Managers.

Position Overview

The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for developing new dealership relationships, presenting SERV Results products, and helping grow our customer base throughout the assigned region. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable prospecting, traveling, building relationships, and managing the full sales process from introduction to close.

Key Responsibilities

Prospect and develop new dealership opportunities throughout the assigned region
Build and maintain relationships with Dealer Principals, General Managers, Marketing Managers, Sales Managers, and Service Managers
Present SERV Results products and explain how they help dealerships generate more first-party leads and improve customer engagement
Schedule and conduct in-person and virtual presentations with dealership leadership teams
Manage follow-up activity and move opportunities through the sales pipeline
Leverage existing automotive relationships in Southern California, Las Vegas, Phoenix, and surrounding markets
Work closely with SERV Results leadership and support teams to ensure a smooth customer handoff
Represent SERV Results professionally at dealerships, industry events, and partner meetings
Maintain accurate notes, activity, and opportunity updates

Ideal Candidate

Based in or near Southern California, Las Vegas, or the Phoenix area
Has strong existing dealership relationships in Southern California, Las Vegas, Phoenix, or surrounding markets
Experience selling to automotive dealership General Managers, Dealer Principals, Marketing Managers, or other key decision-makers
Automotive vendor, dealership, digital marketing, fixed ops, CRM, website, data, lead generation, or automotive technology sales experience preferred
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Comfortable prospecting, cold outreach, and presenting to executive-level dealership contacts
Self-motivated and able to manage a territory independently
Professional, organized, accountable, and results-driven
Willing to travel throughout the assigned region
