Human Resources Coordinator

Location: Greeley, CO (In person)

Reports To: Administrative Manager/Director (Owner)

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Coordinator to lead and manage our HR functions. This role involves coordinating and performing recruitment, employee relations, payroll, compliance, and strategic planning to ensure alignment with organizational goals. The HR Coordinator acts as a bridge between management and employees, ensuring a positive and compliant work environment.

Duties / Responsibilities

Partners with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization's human resource and talent strategy

Coordinate workforce strategies to maximize talent utilization.
Participate in recruitment, interviews, selection, and hiring processes.
Support all office management/Payroll functions involving compensation, benefits administration, implementation of policies, procedures, E-Verify, onboarding/orientation, compliance.
Prepare offer letters and coordinate pre-employment requirement.
Complete onboarding documents, I-9s, and personnel files.
Plan, execute and supervise employee training and benefits programs.
Manage benefits administration, and all office management needs for outsourcing.
Manages DOT/ insurance and healthcare provider relationships.
Manage all human resources services, policies (EEOC, ADA, FMLA, COBRA, UI-CO).
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Set and review employee KPIs with top management.
Prepare and manage the HR annual budget.
Maintain up-to-date labor demographics and employee records.
Advise managers on HR issues.
Supervise HR support staff and handle staffing concerns, including mediating disputes and disciplinary actions.
Validate and update HR entries in MITER, and SAGE platforms.
Monitor and manage overtime costs across projects.
Stays informed of latest safety regulations and OSHA regulations and efficiently implements them company-wide .
Oversees the daily workflow of the HR department
Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations in the group of companies.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Social Science, or Industrial Engineering.
1-3 years’ experience preferred in HR Leading roles.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Leadership, planning, and organizational abilities.
Proficient in software such as Office, SAGE, and MITER or related platforms.
Analytical thinking and results-oriented mindset.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Ability to multi-task and pay attention to details
Self-starter and very organized
Computer skills and knowledge of basic office software necessary
Must be able to demonstrate effective people skills
Team Player
Must have great attendance and punctuality in office
Be able to work under pressure/fast paced environment
Trustworthy – Will be handling confidential material
Bilingual would be a huge plus
