Overview
We are looking for an energetic and motivated Restaurant General Manager to lead our restaurant operations. In this role, you will oversee daily activities, manage staff, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain high standards of food quality and safety. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, experienced in food service management, and eager to drive success through leadership and operational excellence.

Duties

Lead and supervise restaurant staff to deliver outstanding customer service and ensure smooth daily operations.
Oversee food preparation, cooking, and food handling processes to meet quality standards.
Manage inventory control, including ordering, stock rotation, and minimizing waste using systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS.
Handle cash transactions accurately through POS systems and ensure proper cash handling procedures.
Train new staff members and provide ongoing development opportunities to enhance team skills.
Monitor restaurant performance metrics such as sales, costs, and customer satisfaction to meet business goals.
Enforce food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards across all areas of the restaurant.

Experience

Proven management experience in quick service or fast food restaurants, with a strong background in food service management.
Hands-on experience with POS systems.
Demonstrated ability to supervise teams effectively within a hospitality or restaurant environment.
Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management practices.
Experience in budgeting, inventory control, and cost management within the food industry.
Strong leadership skills with a focus on training & development, staff interviewing, and performance coaching.
