In-Home Closer With Pre-Qualified Leads!

We are a local family-owned business that is rapidly growing and would like to bring on additional highly motivated Design Consultantss. We are looking for experienced outside Design Consultantss who can run leads in the convenience of our customer’s homes. All leads are gathered by various sources and are pre-scheduled for you in advance. We just need you to help close the appointments with integrity and professionalism.

Harley Exteriors is the home improvement company that residents of Seattle, Bothell, Everett, and nearby areas, can trust to provide durable materials, aesthetic products, with reliable installations.

Since 2002, we’ve been installing custom replacement windows, fiberglass roofing systems, entry doors, as well as gutter protection to homeowners in the Pacific Northwest. Throughout that time we’ve had over 18,000+ completed projects, have earned an A+ with the BBB, and have maintained the Angi ‘Super Service Award’ for the last consecutive 8 years.

We are a local rapidly growing company and are looking for more enthusiastic closers to join our team.

Responsibilities

Run 2-3 leads per day.
Provide in-home information about our high-quality lifetime products.
Build good rapport with customer’s and answer questions.
Able to keep good communication with office appointment schedulers.
Attend weekly team-building meetings.
Willingness to learn our sales system.
Keep and maintain a high closing %.

Qualifications

Go through a 1-2 week initial training at our Bothell office location.
Flexible schedule.
1-year sales experience desired, but not required.
Have an ambitious personality and be self-motivated.
Have a professional demeanor and driven attitude
Strong communicator.
Able to negotiate respectfully, meeting the unique needs of each customer.
Workable and teachable attitude for updated training.
Positive attitude and willingness to receive useful feedback.
Be willing to travel to nearby areas when requested.
