About Us Community Law Firm, PLLC is a growing criminal defense and traffic defense practice dedicated to providing clear, accessible, and compassionate representation. We help real people with real problems.

Long-term Employment We are looking for a Legal Assistant who is ready to plant roots, master the skills, and grow with us over the long term.

Job Summary As our Legal Assistant, you’ll be the bridge between client communication and attorney support. You’ll prepare documents, manage case files, coordinate court schedules, and assist clients who may be stressed or unfamiliar with the legal system.

Key Responsibilities

Client Communication: Answer calls and communicate with clients empathetically and professionally.
Case Management: Organize electronic/physical files, track court deadlines, and manage attorney calendars.
Drafting: Draft and proofread correspondence and legal documents.
Support: Assist in preparing for hearings/trials and handle front-desk reception duties.

Required Qualifications

Bilingual fluency in English and another language (spoken and written) is required.
Experience in a professional setting (legal and medical fields preferred).
High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).
Comfortable with Microsoft Office and learning new software.
Strong writing skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions.
Reliability: You must be dependable, punctual, and looking for a stable, long-term role.
