Full Job Description

Job Title: Administrative & Bookkeeping Assistant (Part-Time) hours to increase as company expands and as training is completed. Growing rapidly.

Company Overview

PNW Admin Co. is a team of Administrative Specialists dedicated to helping businesses grow by handling the details that keep them running smoothly. We provide bookkeeping, payroll processing, business start-up support, 1:1 business training, data entry, project management, and other administrative services to small businesses across the Pacific Northwest.

Position Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant to join our team. This role will support bookkeeping and administrative tasks, helping our team stay organized and on track. The ideal candidate is proactive, tech-savvy, and enthusiastic about supporting small businesses.

Responsibilities

Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including categorizing expenses, reconciliations, and reporting

Support payroll processing and data entry

Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, file management, and email communication

Provide project management support as needed

Collaborate with the team to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and excellent client service

Qualifications

Experience in bookkeeping (QuickBooks knowledge required)

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and/or project management tools

Previous administrative or assistant experience preferred

Details

Part-time, flexible hours. This is an in office position. Opportunity for some remote work after training is completed.

Growth opportunities as the company expands. This role can go into a full-time opportunity.
