WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

As a Marketing and Communications Coordinator, you will work alongside our dynamic team in Edmonds, WA to help us shape a balanced marketing strategy for our growing company and make a significant impact on what we do every day! The duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

Act as the primary publisher while you assist in the management of company websites, and socials, including strategy, content generation, development, coordination of social media presentations and posts, customer testimonials and capturing project and installation ‘beauty shots’ for marketing campaigns
Manage showroom displays to ensure that the branding is in line with the company’s vision as well as available product lines
External Communications, including online customer review follow ups and responses
Provide assistance and input in the development/strategy for messaging external audiences
Graphic Design, including logos, marketing sales collateral, and company branding
Assist in the management of the company event calendar
Promote events and create/edit written and visual communications
Let your brand enthusiasm shine by participating in annual home shows

THE DETAILS (Requirements)

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or related field (equivalent appropriate experience may substitute for this requirement*)
Minimum of 1 year of directly related work experience, including responsibility for regular production of communications, social media and publications
Reputation management, responding to, and helping to drive new reviews
Strong knowledge of website development/management, SEO, SEM, and social media marketing, On-page Optimization, Marketing Automation Platforms, Project Management, Email Marketing and analytics
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders in a small team environment
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
Passion for innovation and staying up-to-date with the latest marketing trends
Experience marketing in the construction industry preferred

*Equivalent education/experience will substitute for all minimum qualifications except when there are legal requirements, such as a license/certification/registration.

Desired Qualifications

Experience with developing information architecture and page layout structures
Experience with SharePoint, Teams, and Google applications including analytics
Experience with video production
Experience with Hubspot, MapMyCustomer, Dialpad, Adobe InDesign, and Canva

Conditions of employment

Shared office space environment.
Must be available to work occasional weeknights and weekends (infrequent).
Limited travel to trade shows and company events.

If selected, will you be able to work a full-time, in office position in Edmonds, Washington, with a general expectation of 8AM - 5PM, Monday-Friday with occasional overtime and/or a weekend trade show (est. 1-3/year)?
