Full Job Description

A growing plaintiff-side Labor & Employment law firm is seeking a Washington-licensed Employment Litigation Attorney to join its expanding litigation team. This is a fully remote opportunity for an attorney with experience handling wage & hour litigation who is looking to work on complex employment matters while receiving strong mentorship and long-term growth opportunities.

The firm's practice focuses on representing employees in wage & hour class actions, individual employment claims, and related litigation. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside an experienced litigation team on meaningful, high-impact cases.

Responsibilities

Manage employment litigation matters from inception through resolution.
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda.
Conduct legal research and develop litigation strategies.
Take and defend depositions.
Prepare cases for mediation, arbitration, and trial.
Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and witnesses.
Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex employment litigation matters.

Qualifications

Active Washington Bar license (Required)
Minimum 1 year of Employment Law litigation experience
Experience handling wage & hour litigation (required)
Experience with class actions is highly preferred
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

Plaintiff-side Employment Law experience
Experience with collective and/or class action litigation
Trial preparation and deposition experience
Experience handling high-volume litigation matters
