Outside Sales Representative – Life & Health Insurance (Leadership Track Available)

Field-Based $100,000+ First-Year (Producer Track)

$150,000–$300,000+ (Leadership Track) 1099 Commission — No Base Salary

We're a growing life and health insurance brokerage expanding across Alabama, looking for driven individuals who want more than a sales job. This is a path to build and lead your own organization.

What You'll Do

Get licensed in Life & Health Insurance (we guide you through it)
Meet with clients face-to-face and build tailored solutions
Build and maintain your own book of business
(Leadership Track) Recruit, train, and mentor new agents
Join short daily team calls, Mon–Fri, ~30 minutes
Keep developing — professionally and personally, on purpose
