At Infratek Solutions Inc., we specialize in developing cutting-edge technology for the critical infrastructure and transportation sectors. From advanced robotic systems and autonomous vehicles to comprehensive data management solutions, we deliver unmatched value to public and private clients.

Our flagship product is a vehicle-mounted suite of non-destructive evaluation (NDE) sensors, enabling real-time bridge deck condition assessments while the vehicle is in motion. We are seeking bright, motivated Field Technicians passionate about technology to deploy this state-of-the-art platform across the U.S., engaging with the dynamic fields of infrastructure and robotics.

Position Overview
This role provides hands-on experience in robotics, automation, and infrastructure assessment in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. As a Field Technician, you’ll deploy vehicle-mounted survey systems, perform maintenance, and contribute to innovative infrastructure projects nationwide.

We are looking for hardworking, reliable individuals who want to grow with the company, can handle high-pressure situations, multi-task effectively, and consistently meet deadlines.

Please note: At least 50% of your time will be spent traveling to project sites across the U.S., often for multiple consecutive weeks. Some assignments may be short and local (around a week), while others may require being away for up to 5 weeks at a time in another state. While traveling, Infratek provides a per diem allowance to cover hotel accommodations and meals. When not traveling, you will work a standard Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM schedule at our New Hope, PA office.

Key Responsibilities
· Complete Infratek’s Field Technician training and certification program.
· Drive survey vehicles to project sites across the U.S. and return to the office (training provided).
· Conduct data collection using vehicle-mounted survey systems (training provided).
· Perform system maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs in the field and at the office (training provided).
· Assist with data processing and documentation (training provided).
· Collaborate with team members and third parties to ensure project success.

Travel Requirements
· At least 50% of your time will involve nationwide travel.
· Field assignments vary in length — some local trips may last about a week, while longer out-of-state projects may require being away for up to 5 weeks at a time.
· The remaining time will be spent working in-office, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM at our New Hope, PA location.
· While traveling, Infratek provides a per diem allowance to cover hotel accommodations and meals.

Qualifications
Required:
· High School Diploma, Associate Degree, or Technical School certificate in Engineering, Industrial, or Automotive Technology.
· Valid driver’s license with a clean DMV record and experience driving vans or small trucks.
· Willingness and ability to travel nationwide for extended periods.
· Hands-on experience with tools and equipment; ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
· Basic computer proficiency.
· Strong communication skills, self-motivation, and a problem-solving mindset.
· Hardworking, reliable, able to handle high pressure, multi-task effectively, and meet deadlines.
· Willingness to learn and grow with the company.

Preferred:
· Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
· Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field.
· Familiarity with mechanical, electrical, software, or civil engineering principles.
· 1–3 years of relevant work experience.

Compensation and Benefits
· Competitive salary: $50,000–$65,000 per year depending on qualifications.
