Modern Collision Repair
Today's vehicles require significantly more than traditional bodywork.
We want technicians who understand the importance of OEM repair procedures, proper attachment methods, weld requirements, structural measurements, documentation, corrosion protection, vehicle electronics, and ADAS-related considerations.
We do not expect one person to know everything. We do expect our technicians to know when a procedure needs to be researched and to be willing to continually learn as vehicle technology changes.
Teamwork Matters
Our technicians don't work in isolation.
You will regularly communicate with estimators regarding additional damage, repair procedures, supplements, parts, and operations needed to complete a proper repair.
We expect technicians to work professionally with:
- Estimators
- Parts personnel
- Refinish technicians
- Other body technicians
- Detail/QC staff
- Management
If you discover something that affects the repair, communicate it. Good documentation and communication are part of performing a quality repair.

Our technicians are expected to:
- Maintain exceptional attendance and punctuality
- Produce safe, high-quality repairs
- Take pride in their workmanship
- Maintain a clean and organized stall
- Protect customer vehicles while they are in our care
