Full Job Description

CNC Programmer Trainee
If you have some experience with 3-axis CNC mills and want to grow your career at a successful, family-owned company, then don’t miss this CNC Programmer Trainee opportunity! Our Seabrook, NH client offers great training and comprehensive benefits.
Responsibilities of the CNC Programmer Trainee

Set up, program, and operate CNC milling machines and equipment
Create efficient CNC programs from engineering drawings and/or models using software
Select appropriate cutting tools
Monitor machine operation and adjust as necessary to maintain part quality
Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, and surface plate inspection equipment
Perform additional tasks as assigned

Preferred Qualifications of the CNC Programmer Trainee

3+ years of machine milling experience
Able to operate manual mills and lathes
Able to read and interpret blueprints
Must have own tools
Knowledge of machine shop inspection tools
Knowledge of AutoCAD or similar software
Shop level knowledge of GD&T
Strong organizational skills and able to work well independently

The CNC Programmer Trainee works Monday through Thursday from 6:00am-4:30pm, plus required OT when available, for $25+/hour. We look forward to hearing from you!
