The Evermore at Peirce Farm Estate is a luxury wedding venue featuring a historic mansion, elegant white barn, hidden gardens, and breathtaking grounds where couples gather to celebrate life's biggest moments. We intentionally host a limited number of weddings each year, allowing our team to focus on highly personalized celebrations and exceptional service.
We're seeking an organized, energetic, and people-focused Assistant Wedding Coordinator to join our award-winning team.
Whether you dream of becoming a Wedding Coordinator, or Lead Wedding Coordinator, you'll receive hands-on training and mentorship from one of New England's most respected wedding teams.

What You'll Do
Lead with Confidence
- Conduct wedding rehearsals while guiding wedding parties with professionalism, warmth, and confidence.
- Help couples, families, and vendors feel prepared, comfortable, and excited for the celebration ahead.
- Become a reassuring presence for couples throughout one of the most important days of their lives.
Bring the Vision to Life
- Assist with wedding setup, décor placement, and carefully curated design details.
- Ensure every event space reflects each couple's unique vision.
- Help deliver the level of excellence and attention to detail that defines the Evermore experience.
Coordinate the Celebration
- Manage wedding timelines and key transitions throughout the day.
- Cue ceremonies, grand entrances, first dances, speeches, and other milestone moments.
- Communicate with photographers, DJs, entertainers, transportation providers, florists, and other vendors to keep every wedding running seamlessly.
Collaborate with the Team
- Work closely with our culinary, bar, service, and operations teams.
- Help ensure a flawless guest experience from arrival through the final farewell.
- Jump in wherever needed to support your teammates and deliver exceptional service.
Be the Calm in the Storm
- Anticipate needs before they arise.
- Think quickly, solve problems professionally, and adapt when plans change.
- Stay composed under pressure while creating an outstanding experience for every couple and guest.
Finish Strong
- Complete post-wedding responsibilities and event recaps.
- Organize décor and reset event spaces.
- Help prepare the property for the next unforgettable celebration.
A Typical Week Might Include
- Preparing décor and wedding materials
- Leading a wedding rehearsal
- Coordinating ceremony processional timing
- Working alongside chefs, bartenders, photographers, entertainers, florists, and musicians
- Managing key reception moments throughout the evening
- Supporting couples from their arrival through their grand exit
- Helping transform a carefully planned vision into an unforgettable wedding celebration

Qualifications
- 1–2 years of hospitality, restaurant, customer service, event, or guest service experience preferred.
- Wedding experience is not required.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand and remain active for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation required.
Schedule
- Full-time position
- 40–45 hours per week
- Five shifts per week
- Two days off each week
- Evenings and weekends required
- Optional overtime opportunities during peak wedding season
Compensation & Benefits
