Our team is dedicated to providing high-quality solutions, fostering innovation, and driving operational excellence.

Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled Metal Pattern Maker to join our manufacturing team at our Hitech Shapes & Designs division. In this role, you will create precise metal and wood patterns used for mold-making in metal casting. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with machining, blueprint reading, and foundry processes.

Key Responsibilities

Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD files to produce accurate patterns
Construct, repair, and modify metal patterns, core boxes, and templates for casting
Operate manual and CNC machines, lathes, mills, and hand tools to fabricate components
Measure and inspect patterns to ensure dimensional accuracy and quality standards
Work closely with engineering, mold makers, and foundry teams
Maintain pattern inventory and documentation
Ensure compliance with safety and quality protocols

Requirements

3+ years experience as a pattern maker in a metal casting or foundry environment preferred
Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and GD&T
Skilled in metalworking tools and machinery (CNC and manual)
Knowledge of foundry processes and mold-making techniques
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
High school diploma or technical certification in machining/tool & die or related field
