Location: 11123 Montgomery Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45249

Pay: $16 – $22 per hour + Weekly Bonus/Incentives

We’re looking for a Wellness Coordinator who is the "heart of the house"—someone organized, charismatic, and passionate about guiding patients through their wellness journey. This role is perfect for a multi-tasking professional who excels at communication and ensuring every patient feels supported and motivated.

What You’ll Do & Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for patients, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience
Manage patient scheduling and coordinate care plans across multiple departments
Educate patients on our diverse range of services, from IV therapy to chiropractic care
Oversee patient check-in/check-out and handle administrative clinical workflows
Support the sales and outreach teams by following up with prospective patients
Ensure patient files and documentation are accurate and up-to-date
Maintain the clinic’s aesthetic and organized environment
Resolve patient inquiries with empathy and professional problem-solving skills

Qualifications

Previous experience in healthcare administration, hospitality, or high-end retail preferred
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a busy schedule
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to learn and explain complex wellness services and functional medicine concepts
Tech-savvy and comfortable with clinic management software
Passion for health, wellness, and providing a five-star patient experience
