Job Title: Weekend Caregiver / Nursing Assistant (CNA / HHA / DSP) | Every Other Weekend

Location: Elmore Assisted Living – Elmore, MN

Schedule: Part-Time | Every Other Weekend | Evening & Overnight Shifts Available

Compensation: $18.00–$22.00 per hour based on experience

Shift Differentials: +$1.00 per hour for Evening Shifts | +$1.75 per hour for Overnight Shifts

What You'll Be DoingProvide Compassionate, Resident-Centered Care

Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, transfers, and mobility assistance
Promote resident dignity, independence, comfort, and safety
Build meaningful relationships through conversation, companionship, and emotional support
Support evening and overnight routines while helping create a calm, welcoming environment
Observe changes in resident condition and communicate concerns to nursing staff
Follow individualized care plans while providing consistent, compassionate care
Work closely with caregivers, nurses, and leadership to ensure exceptional resident experiences
