Full Job Description

Aquamarine Spa is seeking a warm, professional, and highly organized Receptionist to join our team. This role is the first point of contact for our guests and is essential in delivering the relaxing, luxurious experience we are known for.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet clients warmly upon arrival and ensure they feel welcomed and comfortable.
Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage booking requests.
Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring smooth coordination for staff and guests.
Process payments, gift cards, and memberships accurately.
Keep the reception area tidy and inviting.
Assist with retail product sales and maintain knowledge of spa services.
Support event coordination for private spa bookings.

Qualifications:

Previous front desk, reception, or customer service experience (spa/salon/hospitality preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong written communication skills and proper grammar for responding to emails and texts.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Comfortable using booking and POS systems (training provided).
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to multitask while remaining calm and courteous.

Schedule & Compensation:

Staring part-time available. (must be able to work Friday & Saturday)
Starting with hourly pay plus service discounts and spa perks.
Different compensation strategy will be discussed after 12 months employment
Health benefits available to full time employees only. (90 day waiting period)
Retirement planning will be available to both part and full time employees.
Paid time off is available to both part and full time employees.
