Full Job Description

COORDINADOR(A) DE CONTROL DE DOCUMENTOS

RESPONSABILIDADES:

Administrar las funciones de control de documentación de acuerdo al Estándar ISO 9001 versión vigente y los requerimientos de la compañía, tales como:

Asistir en la elaboración de documentos nuevos y revisiones con los encargados del proceso, circular los documentos para aprobación, distribuir los documentos nuevos en los puntos de uso para asegurarse que la revisión actualizada esté disponible y recoger los documentos obsoletos de los puntos de uso.
Mantener el control y actualizar la Lista Maestra de Documentos Controlados y Registros Controlados.
Mantener el control de números asignados y actualizar los Registros de: Acciones Correctivas/ Preventivas, Informe Producto No Conforme, Creación y/o Cambio a Documentos y Registro de Auditoría Interna.
Llevar a cabo auditorías periódicas de la documentación y registros para asegurar el cumplimiento y buscar alternativas para la mejora.
Actualizar y mantener el sistema de archivo de la documentación en papel y/o electrónico.
Preparar agenda, tomar notas de las Revisiones Gerenciales y distribuir a los participantes.
Coordinar auditorías internas juntamente con el Gerente de Producción (Notificación, programa de auditoría, y plan de auditoría).
Mantener actualizado Matriz de Adiestramiento y Carpeta con los adiestramientos de ISO 9001.
Ofrecer adiestramientos de ISO 9001 de acuerdo a su capacitación según lo requerido.
Dar seguimiento a las acciones correctivas/preventivas e informe de producto no conforme y notificar estatus al personal correspondiente.
Preparar las gráficas de los Objetivos de Calidad.
Completar y mantener los documentos y registros de su área según las normas y procedimientos.
Cumplir con los estándares y los procedimientos establecidos.
Cumplir con las normas de seguridad en su área de trabajo y en toda la planta.
Otras tareas afines asignadas por su supervisor.

REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS:

Bachillerato en Administración Comercial.
Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en el control de Documentos relacionados con el Estándar ISO o cGMP.
Buenas destrezas de comunicación oral y escrito (español e inglés).
Habilidad para trabajar con mínima supervisión.
Conocimiento en programas de computadoras (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
Trabajo en equipo.

DOCUMENT CONTROL COORDINATOR

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage the document control functions according to the current ISO 9001 Standard and company requirements, such as:

Assist in creating new documents and revisions with the process owners, circulate documents for approval, distribute new documents at points of use to ensure the updated version is available, and collect obsolete documents from points of use.
Maintain control and update the Master List of Controlled Documents and Controlled Records.
Keep track of assigned numbers and update the Records of: Corrective/Preventive Actions, Non-Conforming Product Report, Document Creation and/or Changes, and Internal Audit Record.
Conduct periodic audits of documents and records to ensure compliance and look for ways to improve.
Update and maintain the filing system for paper and/or electronic documentation.
Prepare the agenda, take notes during Management Reviews, and distribute them to participants.
Coordinate internal audits together with the Production Manager (Notification, audit schedule, and audit plan).
Keep the Training Matrix and folder with ISO 9001 trainings up to date.
Provide ISO 9001 trainings according to your own training as required.
Follow up on corrective/preventive actions and nonconforming product reports, and notify the relevant staff of the status.
Prepare the charts for Quality Objectives.
Complete and maintain the documents and records in your area according to standards and procedures.
Comply with established standards and procedures.
Follow safety rules in your work area and throughout the plant.
Other related tasks assigned by your supervisor.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration.
At least 1 year of experience managing documents related to ISO standards or cGMP.
Good communication skills, both spoken and written (Spanish and English).
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Knowledge of computer programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
Teamwork.
