Full Job Description

We're partnering with a well-established financial institution in the Fargo area that is seeking a Mortgage Closer to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, values accuracy, and takes pride in delivering a smooth closing experience for borrowers.

In this role, you'll coordinate residential mortgage closings, review loan documentation for accuracy and compliance, and work closely with lenders, title companies, and borrowers to ensure closings are completed efficiently and on schedule.

We're looking for someone with:

Experience in mortgage closing, loan processing, title, or a related lending role
Knowledge of TRID/TILA-RESPA and Dodd-Frank regulations
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
The ability to review loan documents for completeness and compliance
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Title company experience is a plus
