Full Job Description

Preference Employment Solutions is confidentially recruiting for an Accountant Office Manager for a company located 2 hours southwest of Fargo, North Dakota. This position will require relocation to a small town in a rural setting and at least 2 years of experience in a direct accountant role is required. Type of Position: Full Time – Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm Flexible
Compensation: $18 - $40 per hour DOE

Benefits: PTO, Paid Holidays, Health Insurance

Position Overview:

· Meet with customers and review statements

· Monitor day-to-day building maintenance activities

· Plan and manage cash flow

· Coordinate employee programs and communications

· Process payroll

· Manage workforce safety

· Invoice customers and process billing/payments

· Prepare all required financial reports

Characteristics of a Successful Candidate:

· Bachelor’s or associate degree in accounting or related field

· A minimum of 2 years’ experience in accounting

· Detail oriented with excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
