Growth & Development:

This role is designed to prepare the individual for an Assistant Manager position by providing hands-on training, mentorship, and exposure to all areas of clinic leadership and operations.

Qualified Candidates:

Have prior leadership, supervisory, and/or sales experience, preferably in a personal service environment such as a spa, salon, gym, or hospitality setting
Massage or wellness industry experience is a plus, but not required
Demonstrate strong leadership potential with the ability to build relationships and positively influence others
Are open to coaching and feedback and eager to learn all aspects of clinic operations
Can participate in professional, respectful conversations — including performance and accountability discussions — with guidance and support
Are passionate about helping create a positive workplace culture where employees feel valued, recognized, and connected to the clinic’s mission

Day-to-Day:

Learn and support daily clinic operations, including membership growth, retail sales, team support, deposits, inventory management, and compliance with all applicable laws and brand standards
Partner with the management team to set goals, prioritize tasks, and review business performance to support continuous improvement
Assist in resolving guest and member concerns while maintaining a safe, professional, and therapeutic environment
Support team development by helping reinforce expectations, participating in training, and observing performance feedback and coaching conversations
Build strong, professional relationships with employees, members, and guests while developing leadership confidence and communication skills
