CNC Operator

Novi, MI

Experience Requirements: Minimum 1 year of CNC machine operation experience required.

Forge Industrial Staffing in Livonia is currently seeking a CNC Operator for an opening with a manufacturing company located in Novi, MI. The ideal candidate must have previous CNC operating experience and a strong commitment to producing quality parts while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Requirements of CNC Operator

Previous CNC machine operation experience required
Ability to read and follow work instructions and production specifications
Experience using precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers preferred
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Reliable transportation and excellent attendance record

Responsibilities of CNC Operator

Monday-Thursday (6:00 AM – 4:30 PM) *Some Flexibility Required*
Set up and operate CNC machinery according to work instructions and specifications
Monitor machine performance and make basic adjustments as needed to maintain quality standards
Inspect finished parts using measuring tools to ensure compliance with specifications
Maintain a clean and safe work environment while following all company safety procedures
Report equipment issues and production concerns to the appropriate supervisor
