What You’ll Own:

Comprehensive Support: Partner with the Team Operator to protect focus, increase effectiveness, and manage professional and personal responsibilities. You understand how our organization operates, anticipate needs before they arise and are trusted in exercising sound judgement. You are the gatekeeper and dedicated leader in the overall success of our team.
Client Engagement: Provide world-class service to clients, maintaining a strong relationship pre-contract, through contract, and post-closing.
Realtor Engagement: Assist Ryan as Director of Sales to gather information, organize content, prepare presentations/materials, distribute leads and follow up with each Realtor on our team that he coaches to help them achieve their individualized professional and personal goals.
Operations Engagement: Partner with our Team Leader and Director of Operations to continually improve teamwide communication, efficiencies, systems, content and engagement as it relates to the Operator, Realtor and client success.
Email & Communication Management: Manage emails, phone, and in-person correspondence, often speaking on behalf of the Operator, keeping communication clear, accurate, professional, and timely.
Scheduling: Coordinate and confirm appointments/commitments as requested.
Liaison Duties: Serve as the bridge between the Team Operator and co-brokers, title companies, mortgage brokers, and clients.
Social Media Management: Grow the Operator's social media profiles as well as Team platforms with relevant real estate and local content.
Training & Development: Participate in weekly 1:1 coaching sessions and attend PLACE trainings to ensure continuous education and growth.
Problem Solving: Keep the Operator informed of challenges while offering proactive solutions.

Experience:

Ideal candidates should have 3+ years of demonstrated success in a high-responsibility role such as: Executive Assistant, Paralegal, Director of Operations or similar executive leadership position. Real estate experience is helpful but not required.

Compensation & Benefits:

Starting compensation for the right candidate is $60,000 - $68,000 depending on experience, with additional eligibility for: Revenue Share, Profit Share, Bonuses, and PLACE Stock Options. We also provide excellent health, dental and vision insurance, paid time off, parental leave, and 401K plan.
A real estate license is not required at the time of hire. Obtaining a license post-hire is mandatory. Ryan Hanson Homes will cover licensing costs and ongoing continuing education expenses.
You’ll be given proven models, systems, technology, coaching and training that help to ensure success. What you do with the opportunity will be up to you. There is significant room for this position to grow in responsibility, influence and compensation.

Location:

This is primarily an in-office position at a brand new location in Fergus Falls, MN with flexibility for occasional work-from-home opportunities.
