We’re looking for someone who enjoys combining creativity with customer interaction and takes pride in delivering an exceptional experience from start to finish.

Position Overview: This role combines customer service, graphic design, and order coordination to help ensure every customer receives outstanding service and high-quality products. You’ll work closely with customers and team members to guide projects from concept to completion while representing Lakes Area Graphix in a professional and positive way.

What You’ll Do

Provide exceptional customer service through phone and email communication
Assist customers with graphic design needs and prepare professional design proofs
Review artwork and ensure image quality is suitable for production
Recommend products, materials, and solutions that best fit customer needs
Accurately enter and manage customer orders, payment information, and delivery details
Communicate professionally with customers and team members
Provide post-sale support and help resolve customer questions or concerns
Contribute ideas to improve internal systems, workflows, and customer experience
Work collaboratively with the customer service team to ensure project success

What We’re Looking For

Preferred: 2-year degree in Graphic Design or related field
Preferred: 2+ years of customer service experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and willingness to support the team wherever needed
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator and Photoshop
Comfortable using Microsoft Office, email systems, CRM software, and order tracking tools
Understanding of signage materials, production methods, and installation processes is a plus
