Position Summary
The Director of Operations is responsible for leading the company's operational functions to ensure the successful delivery of Digital Scoreboards' products and services. This role provides strategic leadership and oversight across project management, technology operations, and warehouse operations. The Director of Operations drives operational excellence by optimizing processes, developing team performance, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and aligning operational initiatives with company goals.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
Provide leadership and accountability for Project Management, Warehouse, and Logistics teams.
Establish operational goals, performance metrics, and standards that support company objectives.
Drive process improvements that enhance efficiency, scalability, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Project & Technology Oversight
Oversee project execution to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to company quality standards.
Assist with ensuring technical operations, installation support, and commissioning activities align with company best practices and customer expectations.
Support the development and implementation of new technologies, systems, and operational processes.
Warehouse & Customer Fulfillment
Oversee warehouse operations, inventory management, shipping, receiving, and fulfillment processes.
Ensure materials and resources are available to support project schedules and customer commitments.
Maintain operational standards focused on accuracy, efficiency, and quality.
Vendor Management
Oversee relationships with key vendors, suppliers, and installation partners to support operational success.
Partner with leadership to address escalated customer and operational issues.
Strategic Planning
Contribute to company-wide strategic planning and execution.
Develop and track key operational metrics to drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
Support organizational growth initiatives and operational scalability.
Qualifications
7+ years of leadership experience in operations, project management, technology, fulfillment, or a related field.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive operational performance.
Experience managing project-based operations and customer-facing teams.
Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Experience with AV, technology, manufacturing, fulfillment, or construction-related operations preferred.
Ability to travel as needed.
Physical Demands

Ability to operate standard office and/or job-specific equipment.
Ability to travel periodically for team meetings, customer visits, project reviews, trade shows, and company events.

Salary Range: $110,000 - $130,000 annually
Work Environment
This position operates in a professional office environment or approved remote setting. Standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets may be used. Occasional travel or extended hours may be required depending on business needs.
