Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This pivotal role is the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer support while managing various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, computer literacy, and a welcoming demeanor to create a positive experience for everyone who interacts with our office. Responsibilities

Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional manner.
Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or personnel.
Schedule appointments and manage calendars efficiently.
Maintain an organized filing system for both physical and electronic documents.
Perform data entry tasks accurately to ensure up-to-date records.
Handle office correspondence, including emails and mail distribution.
Support the team with various clerical duties as needed.
Ensure the front desk area is tidy and presentable at all times.

Experience

Previous experience as a receptionist, dental receptionist, or medical receptionist is not required.
Proficiency in office software applications and computer literacy is essential.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent customer support skills with a friendly and professional attitude.
Familiarity with calendar management and data entry processes will be advantageous.
