We provide concierge real estate media services including luxury photography, cinematic video, drone media, floor plans, virtual tours, branding photography, agent videos, and marketing solutions. We are launching a subscription-based Creative Content Department that will create recurring photo and video content for clients across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms.
Position Summary
This is more than a social media management position.
We are seeking a creative, entrepreneurial leader who is excited about building a new department from the ground up.
The position will begin as a part-time leadership role with the expectation that it will quickly transition into a full-time opportunity as our Creative Content subscription service grows.
Initially, the Creative Content Department Lead will be responsible for both strategy and execution. Until client volume justifies hiring additional Creative Content Specialists, the Department Lead will personally create client content, develop monthly content calendars, write copy, schedule and publish posts, coordinate recurring batch photo and video shoots, and oversee client communication.
As the department grows, the Department Lead will transition from being the primary content creator into a leadership role by hiring, training, mentoring, and managing additional Creative Content Specialists while continuing to oversee department strategy, quality, and client success.
Primary Responsibilities
- Build the Creative Content Department from the ground up.
- Develop department workflows, production standards, and scalable systems.
- Meet with clients to develop content strategies and monthly content calendars.
- Plan and direct recurring batch photo and video shoots.
- Personally create, organize, write, schedule, and publish client content until team growth supports delegation.
- Coordinate photographers, videographers, editors, and creative resources.
- Manage multiple client projects and delivery schedules.
- Build long-term client relationships and provide concierge-level service.
- Collaborate with leadership on the department's long-term vision.
- Help clients leverage content across social media, websites, blogs, email marketing, and SEO.
Leadership & Department Growth
Phase 1 – Department Builder
- Develop systems and operating procedures.
- Create client content and manage publishing calendars.
- Lead strategy while executing day-to-day content production.
- Deliver exceptional client service.
Phase 2 – Team Leadership
As client subscriptions grow and workload justifies expansion, responsibilities will include:
- Hiring Creative Content Specialists.
- Training and mentoring team members.
- Delegating content creation and account management.
- Managing quality control, workflows, and department performance.
- Driving innovation and long-term department growth.
Required Qualifications
- Experience producing professional social media content.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms.
- Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-driven with strong leadership potential.
- Comfortable directing photo and video shoots.
- Creative and strategic thinker.
Preferred Qualifications
- Real estate industry experience.
- Photography and/or videography experience.
- Video editing experience.
- Graphic design experience using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Copywriting experience.
- Knowledge of AI tools for content creation.
- Working knowledge of website content management systems (WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, etc.).
- Understanding of SEO best practices, including keyword research, metadata, blogging strategies, and on-page optimization.
- Experience with Google Analytics or Google Search Console is a plus.
Growth Opportunity
This is an opportunity to build and lead a new revenue-generating department within Luxe Homes Media. As client subscriptions grow, this role is expected to evolve into a full-time leadership position with responsibility for hiring, training, mentoring, and leading a growing creative team.
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
