Full Job Description

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Healthcare Provider to join our esteemed Medi Spa team in <LOCATION>. This role offers an exciting opportunity to deliver comprehensive aesthetic and wellness treatments in a professional, client-focused environment.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in medical aesthetics, excellent communication skills, and a passion for enhancing clients' confidence and well-being. Experience with management systems such as Millennium and MINDBODY, as well as proficiency in social media management and customer service, will be highly valued. This position is full-time and involves working closely with clients to provide exceptional care and personalized treatment plans.

Duties

Administer advanced aesthetic treatments including botulinum toxin injections, dermal fillers, esthetic laser procedures, dermabrasion, body waxing, hair threading, eyelash extensions, and makeup application.
Perform skincare services such as facials, dermal treatments, and skin rejuvenation therapies.
Manage client consultations to assess needs and recommend appropriate treatments while ensuring safety and sanitation standards are maintained.
Operate salon software systems including Millennium and MINDBODY for scheduling, client records, and retail sales tracking.
Handle front desk responsibilities including guest services, appointment scheduling, and product demos.
Manage retail sales of skincare products and promote upselling opportunities to enhance client satisfaction.
Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness throughout the spa environment.
Engage in social media management to promote services, share client success stories, and increase brand visibility.
Assist with inventory management and product ordering to ensure smooth daily operations.
Provide excellent customer service by fostering a welcoming atmosphere and building lasting client relationships.

Skills

Proven experience in medical spa or esthetic settings with knowledge of botulinum toxin treatment, dermal fillers, laser treatments, hair extensions, nail care, eyelash extensions, body waxing, hair styling, and tattooing is preferred.
Strong management skills with familiarity using salon software such as Millennium and MINDBODY.
Proficiency in social media management for marketing purposes.
Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients.
Knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety standards within a medical spa environment.
Ability to perform various cosmetic procedures including dermabrasion, deep tissue massage, color theory application for makeup artistry, straight razor shaving, esthetic laser treatments, hair threading, nail care services, and more.
Experience in retail sales techniques with an emphasis on upselling products and services.
Excellent communication skills combined with hospitality experience to ensure guest satisfaction.
Familiarity with product demos and guest engagement strategies to enhance client experience. Join our team to provide top-tier aesthetic treatments while delivering outstanding guest experiences in a professional setting that values skill development and client satisfaction.

We are also open to a complimentary healthcare practitioner interested in renting space inside our Medi Spa. Client referrals and marketing benefits would be included. More details can be discussed at interview.
