Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and experienced Chef to oversee daily food operations in a fast-paced, quick-service restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in food preparation, culinary techniques, and team management to ensure exceptional service and high-quality food delivery. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic kitchen team, maintain food safety standards, and contribute to a vibrant dining experience. The chef will be responsible for supervising kitchen staff, managing inventory, and ensuring smooth shift operations while fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation to meet quality standards.
Supervise and train kitchen staff on food safety, handling procedures, and culinary techniques to ensure consistency and excellence.
Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste through effective food management practices.
Operate POS system with accuracy
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
Coordinate shift management activities to ensure timely service during peak hours while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Support management in budgeting, staffing, and performance evaluations to optimize team productivity and operational efficiency.

Skills

Extensive experience in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management within quick service or fast-food restaurant settings.
Strong knowledge of inventory control, food safety standards, and food handling procedures.
Proven leadership skills with experience in staff training, supervising teams, and managing shifts effectively.
Background in hospitality management or restaurant management with a focus on customer service excellence.
Ability to train staff on culinary techniques, food safety protocols, and operational procedures.
Experience with budgeting, food production planning, catering services, and banquet operations is highly desirable.
