Senior Project Manager – Advanced Facilities & Technology

Sector: Advanced Tech, Life Sciences, Cleanrooms, EV & Controlled Environments

The Opportunity

We are launching a national search for an elite Senior Project Manager capable of steering massive, highly technical builds across the United States. This role is designed for a heavyweight builder who thrives on the absolute cutting edge of construction complexity-where precision is measured in microns and tolerances are razor-thin.

If you are currently managing Tier-1 advanced tech or life science builds at a top ENR-ranked firm and are ready for a massive career leap with a highly competitive compensation structure, this is your next move.

What You Will Do

· Lead Mega-Projects: Oversee the full lifecycle of complex builds ranging from $50M to $200M+ in the EV, cleanroom, and controlled environment spaces.

· Drive Ultra-Precision Execution: Direct multi-disciplinary teams to execute complex mechanical, electrical, and process piping systems unique to high-tech manufacturing.

· Client & Stakeholder Mastery: Act as the primary point of contact for global tech pioneers, pharmaceutical giants, and advanced manufacturing clients.

· Financial & Operational Stewardship: Command full P&L responsibility, ensuring safety, schedule adherence, and aggressive risk mitigation.

Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)

Note: To maintain the strict requirements of our client, candidates must meet all the following criteria to be considered:

· Top-Tier Pedigree: Minimum of 8–12+ years of Project Management experience specifically within a top-ranked ENR firm.

· Deep Technical Niche: Direct, hands-on experience leading builds in at least two of the following sectors:

o Biotech / Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences

o ISO-Rated Cleanrooms (Semiconductor / Nanotech)

o EV Battery / Battery Component Manufacturing

o Data Centers (Hyperscale)

o High-Containment Labs / Controlled Environments

· System Mastery: Thorough understanding of sophisticated MEP systems, process piping, tool hookups, and specialized commissioning processes.

· National Mobility: Ability to lead projects on a national scale, traveling to project sites as required.
