Position Overview: As a Real Estate Legal Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our closing paralegals and attorneys throughout all phases of our bustling commercial real estate practice. This is a unique opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to contribute to high-stakes transactions and gain exposure to sophisticated legal work.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-level legal and administrative support to the attorneys and paralegals within the firm's Real Estate practice group.
Collaborative Support: Assist closing paralegals and attorneys as needed in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish.
Document Management: Implement and maintain proper file indexing for documents and emails, ensuring efficient organization and retrieval.
Client Engagement: Prepare engagement letters and conflict waivers, fostering strong client relationships and ensuring compliance with ethical standards.
File Administration: Open new files and manage the preparation of conflict checks, ensuring meticulous attention to detail.
Administrative Excellence: Handle legal transcription and dictation, download filings, draft correspondence, and manage travel arrangements with precision and efficiency.
Billing and Invoicing: Process billing and invoices, ensuring accurate and timely financial administration.
Versatile Duties: Undertake a variety of other responsibilities as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the firm.
