Depositing Controller (2nd Shift – 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM)

Openings: 1 Position

Department: Production | Reports to: Compounding Lead

Job Description:
The Depositor Controller ensures accurate data entry, weight verification, material tracking, and proper gummy movement, maintaining production accuracy and compliance with quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

-Ensure accurate data entry in the system for all depositing operations.
-Verify and document gummy weights at each stage of production.
-Collect and record production samples for quality assurance.
-Weigh every trade to track material usage and loss.
-Generate and apply labels for each batch to ensure proper tracking.
-Monitor and log the usage of acids, lubricants, and other materials in the system.
-Ensure the correct gummy transfer to designated tunnels for processing.
-Track gummy consumption and weight loss throughout production.
-Enter and verify material data from compounding to depositing in the system.
-Maintain compliance with safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
-Report discrepancies, mechanical issues, or process deviations to the appropriate team members.
-Assist in troubleshooting system or equipment errors related to data entry and product tracking.
-Follow SOPs for data management, weight verification, and material tracking.
-Assist in ensuring compliance with GMP, safety regulations, and quality control measures.
-Perform other duties as needed and directed to support production efficiency.

Department: Production | Reports to: Compounding Lead

Job Description:
The Depositing Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining the depositing system that forms gummies. This role involves calibrating equipment, controlling dosing accuracy, and ensuring consistent product quality. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, organized, and attentive to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Calibrate and operate depositing and dosing equipment
Monitor and adjust settings for accurate gummy formation
Clean, sanitize, and inspect machinery regularly
Record calibrations, production data, and performance metrics
Report and assist with minor equipment troubleshooting
Follow all GMP, safety, and quality standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
