Senior Content Editor & Writer Position Summary:

This isn’t a proofreading job. It’s a performance role. As Chetu’s Senior Content Editor & Writer, you’ll be the final gatekeeper for all marketing content—not just fixing grammar, but ensuring every asset is strategically optimized to generate leads, drive engagement, and convert. You’ll polish content from our writing team, but more importantly, you’ll elevate it—making messaging sharper, CTAs stronger, and campaigns more effective. From PPC landing pages and SEO webpages to blogs, case studies, white papers, eBooks, video scripts, emails, newsletters, social posts, and flyers, your fingerprints will be on everything we publish. Your role is to make sure content isn’t just clean—it’s compelling, audience-focused, and designed to perform.

What You’ll Do:

Serve as the final editor and quality authority for all marketing content.
Edit and refine drafts into conversion-ready, high-performing assets.
Ensure every asset is aligned with lead generation, funnel stage, and audience intent.
Strengthen messaging, structure, CTAs, and flow for maximum impact.
Collaborate closely with leadership and writers to align on brand and marketing goals.
Use AI tools to accelerate editing and optimization—then apply your unique editorial skill to humanize and elevate content.
Balance multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Stay current with B2B and tech industry trends to ensure content relevance.

What We’re Looking For:

5+ years of proven content writing/editing experience, ideally in B2B marketing.
Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing content: landing pages, SEO, PPC ads, emails, blogs, case studies, and thought leadership.
Proven expertise in conversion strategy, CTAs, and lead generation.
Familiarity with paid ad copy and content designed for performance campaigns.
Proficiency with AI editing tools—and the instincts to know when to take over.
Exceptional command of English grammar, clarity, and marketing style.
Highly organized and deadline-driven, with the ability to manage multiple projects.
Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Must be available full-time, in-office at Sunrise, FL headquarters
Experience using AI-based platforms or automation tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Salesforce Einstein, HubSpot AI, LinkedIn Campaign Manager AI, or HRIS with AI capabilities).
Ability to integrate AI insights into daily operations to improve performance, reporting, and strategic outcomes.
Leverage AI-driven tools and platforms to enhance efficiency, optimize workflows, and improve decision-making within the department.
Stay current with AI trends and innovations relevant to the role (e.g., marketing automation, CRM optimization, human capital analytics).
