We're looking for a Personal Injury Administrative Assistant who shares our passion for excellence and client satisfaction. In this role, you'll be a vital part of our legal team, providing indispensable support that keeps everything running smoothly. Your work will ensure clients receive the best possible service while also contributing to a collaborative and supportive work environment.

You'll handle a variety of tasks that keep our office humming. From managing correspondence and scheduling to ordering medical records and submitting court documents, your role is dynamic and integral. Compensation:

$36,000

Responsibilities:

Arrange travel and coordinate with outside vendors for team meetings and appointments, such as depositions
Process client billing appropriately using daily time records, with the accounting department's assistance
Ordering medical and billing records and electronically filing in state and federal courts
Answer phones, communicate with opposing attorney offices, take dictation, respond to emails, and remind the team of deadlines
Create and proofread pleadings, motions, subpoenas, affidavits, contracts, and papers for case preparation

Qualifications:

Comfortable working with all Microsoft Office products
Organizational and communication skills are necessary for this position
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines with quick turnaround times
Candidates must have worked with legal software, case management, and docketing programs
High school diploma or equivalent is required; associate’s degree is a plus
