About NovaStem

NovaStem is an innovative regenerative wellness clinic specializing in advanced, non-surgical hair restoration through cutting-edge regenerative medicine. We are passionate about bringing the newest evidence-informed treatments in aesthetics and wellness to our patients, offering personalized care in a boutique clinical environment.

While regenerative hair restoration is our flagship service, we are rapidly expanding our treatment offerings to include regenerative IV therapies, PDRN facial rejuvenation, peptide-based wellness programs, and other advanced regenerative and aesthetic treatments. We are looking for providers who are excited about the future of wellness, aesthetics, and regenerative medicine and who want to grow with an expanding company.

Position Overview

NovaStem is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Long Island clinic as an Injector.

This provider will perform regenerative hair restoration treatments, conduct patient evaluations and Good Faith Exams, and administer scalp injections using our proprietary treatment protocols. As our services continue to expand, this role will also include regenerative IV therapies, aesthetic procedures, and peptide-based wellness treatments.

This is an excellent opportunity for a provider who enjoys working in a collaborative boutique practice and wants to be part of an innovative, fast-growing company at the forefront of regenerative wellness.

Responsibilities

Perform regenerative scalp injection treatments for hair restoration
Conduct Good Faith Exams independently in accordance with New York State regulations
Evaluate patients prior to treatment and ensure appropriate candidacy
Administer regenerative IV therapies as services expand
Perform regenerative aesthetic procedures, including PDRN facial treatments and other advanced therapies (training provided as applicable)
Participate in peptide-based wellness treatments as new programs are introduced
Maintain accurate patient documentation and treatment records
Ensure patient safety, comfort, and adherence to proper sterile technique
Collaborate closely with NovaStem's consultation and clinical teams to deliver exceptional patient care
Help create a welcoming, professional, and patient-centered clinical experience

Qualifications

Active New York Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license
Ability to independently perform Good Faith Exams in accordance with New York regulations
Minimum 3–5 years of injection experience in aesthetics, regenerative medicine, dermatology, plastic surgery, wellness, or a related specialty
Experience with scalp injections, aesthetic injectables, IV therapy, or regenerative treatments is strongly preferred
Passion for innovative aesthetic and wellness treatments
Excellent bedside manner and patient communication skills
Comfortable working in a boutique clinical environment
Excited to learn new procedures and contribute to a growing practice
Active New York Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license
