HOTEL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. This role is essential in delivering an exceptional guest experience by ensuring our hotel remains clean, safe, and welcoming at all times. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, maintains high standards of cleanliness, and provides friendly, professional service to every guest.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Guest Service

Greet guests warmly and professionally throughout each shift.
Respond promptly to guest requests within assigned authority, ensuring satisfaction.
Perform all duties in a quiet, courteous, and respectful manner.

Cleaning & Maintenance

Thoroughly clean guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
Clean and sanitize bathrooms; restock towels and amenities.
Change linens and make beds according to hotel standards.
Maintain cleanliness in public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, linen rooms, storage areas, and employee areas.
Assist with laundry duties including washing, drying, and folding linens as needed.
Clean and maintain housekeeping equipment throughout each shift.

Safety & Compliance

Follow all health, safety, sanitation, and security procedures.
Report maintenance issues and safety hazards promptly.
Maintain accurate documentation of completed duties.

Professional Standards

Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with grooming standards.
Stay informed about property information, departmental procedures, and promotions.
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient operations.
Assist with departmental projects and perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred, but not required.
Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
Positive attitude and commitment to excellent guest service.

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
