Are you passionate about desserts, love the smell of fresh coffee, and have a knack for creating sweet masterpieces? Pistachio & Cream, a brand-new artisan coffee, gelato, and dessert shop in Sacramento, is looking for a talented Assistant Pastry Cook to join our growing team. If you have a love for quality ingredients, handcrafted creations, and a desire to be part of a welcoming environment, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

As an Assistant Pastry Cook, you’ll play a key role in crafting the delicious desserts and treats that make Pistachio & Cream special. Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting in the preparation and production of high-quality pastries, desserts, and baked goods.
Collaborating with the pastry team to ensure consistency and excellence in every item.
Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.
Following recipes and instructions with precision while bringing your attention to detail to every creation.
Supporting the team in managing inventory and ensuring ingredients are fresh and stocked.
Upholding food safety and sanitation standards at all times.

3 years of experience in a pastry or baking-focused role.
A strong understanding of pastry techniques and the ability to work with a variety of ingredients.
