Description:

Intelliloan is looking for motivated and detail-oriented professionals to join our Operations team in key roles, including Underwriters, Processors, Funders, and Post Closing specialists. These roles are vital to ensuring smooth and efficient mortgage operations, compliance with regulatory standards, and exceptional customer service.

Compensation $50,000-100,000

Responsibilities:

Loan Processing: Manage the end-to-end processing of mortgage loan applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

Underwriting Support: Assist underwriters by preparing and reviewing documentation necessary for loan approval decisions.

Compliance Monitoring: Ensure all loan files meet federal, state, and local regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry standards.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with loan officers, underwriters, and other departments to facilitate efficient loan processing and resolve any issues.

Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to clients by addressing inquiries, explaining processes, and ensuring a smooth lending experience.

Qualifications:
