Full Job Description

Forest City HS is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Administrative Assistant/Secretary.

Start Date - As soon as possible (summers off)
192 Days per year (180 school days + 10 days prior to the start of school and 2 days after the conclusion of the academic year)
Starting wage $14.00/hour
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Receive & reroute incoming calls, Greet visitors, and provide administrative support to the Principal and Assistant Principal/Activities Director.
- Manage daily operations within BOUND, track and maintain eligibility requirements, i.e. student physical forms and registrations, etc.
- Interact positively with students, faculty, associates, coaches, sponsors, and parents/guardians.
- Strong organizational skills, knowledge of basic office procedures and equipment preferred.
- Employer-Paid Health & Dental Insurance & IPERS Eligible
