Overview

Pulse Performance Studio is a boutique fitness and wellness studio in Buckhead specializing in EMS (Electrical Muscle Stimulation) personal training, body contouring, recovery services, and body composition analysis. Our mission is to help busy professionals look, feel, and perform their best through innovative wellness solutions.

We are seeking an energetic, outgoing, and sales-minded Wellness Advisor & Body Contouring Specialist to join our growing team. This hybrid role combines body contouring services with front desk operations, membership sales, client consultations, and overall member experience management.

The ideal candidate is passionate about health and wellness, helping clients achieve life-changing results, enjoys building relationships, thrives in a sales environment, and wants to learn and grow in their career.

Compensation: Hourly + Commission + Bonuses

Potential Earnings: $30,000-$60,000+

Responsibilities:

Body Contouring & Wellness Services

Perform body contouring services including:
TruFlex Body Sculpting
Cavitation
Vacuum Therapy
Conduct 3D Body Composition Scans
Review results and assist clients with goal setting
Educate clients on treatment plans and expected outcomes
Maintain treatment rooms and equipment according to company standards

Membership Sales & Wellness Consultations

Conduct consultations with prospective clients and members
Present memberships, wellness programs, and body contouring services
Convert introductory sessions into memberships and service packages
Perform outbound follow-up calls, texts, and emails to leads and prospects
Re-engage former clients and inactive leads
Track leads, appointments, and sales activities within our CRM system
Educate clients on program benefits and treatment options

Front Desk & Member Services

Serve as the welcoming face of the studio
Greet clients and ensure an exceptional member experience
Check clients in and out of appointments
Answer incoming phone calls, texts, and emails
Manage scheduling, appointment confirmations, and client communications
Assist members with account questions and membership needs
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional studio environment

Studio Operations

Assist with retail sales and inventory management
Perform laundry, room turnover, and general studio upkeep
Support client retention initiatives and referral programs
Assist with community outreach, events, and local partnerships
Contribute ideas to improve the overall client experience and studio growth

Qualifications:

Required

1+ years of sales, customer service, hospitality, fitness, wellness, or related experience
1+ years of body contouring/sculpting and/or fitness training experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong relationship-building abilities
Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with leads
Self-motivated, organized, and dependable
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Passion for health, fitness, wellness, and helping others succeed

Preferred

Esthetician license is a strong plus
Experience in fitness, wellness, med spa, aesthetics, hospitality, or boutique studio environments
2+ years of membership sales or consultative sales experience
Familiarity with ClubReady or similar CRM and scheduling platforms
Social media or community outreach experience
