Full Job Description

We're Joe Homebuyer Colorado, the state's #1-rated home-buying company (4.9★, A- BBB). We help homeowners sell fast and certain, and we back every offer with non-refundable earnest money — when we say we'll close, we mean it. We win by being honest, not by pressure.

This is a closer's seat. Not a call center, not a farm-your-own-leads grind — our Lead Managers hand you warm, pre-qualified, sign-ready appointments. Your job is to sit across from a homeowner and get the deal done, the right way.

The seat (what you'll own): You run in-person appointments across the Front Range (Denver to Fort Collins). You hear the seller's real situation, present the right option (cash offer or listing), hold the frame on price, and get the contract signed. The LM sets it, you close it.

What success looks like:

Day 30: You know our buy-box, understand how to construct offers, and understand the contract + earnest-money process. Riding along, then running appointments with support.
Day 60: You are running appointments solo, presenting options, holding price under pressure, converting at 25%+ close rate.
Day 90: You are hitting contract targets with deals and sellers who leave happy enough to review and refer.

You'll thrive here if you: have the closing instinct and want to win — competitive, comfortable asking for the signature; you read people fast and build trust in minutes; you hold the frame (process, not price) and stay honest when it costs you a deal; and you've closed in a high-stakes, in-home or high-ticket seat before (real estate acquisitions/wholesaling, solar, roofing/remodeling, mortgage, auto).

This is NOT for you if: you need to be liked more than you need to win; you cave on price or over-promise to get a yes; you can't handle a "no" or the drive to Denver; or you want a salary to coast on.

Why this seat is rare:

$225K–$300K+, uncapped. $48K base + 4.5% per deal (uncapped) + a quarterly profit share when we hit our ROAS targets. Warm, pre-qualified appointments set for you — you close, you don't prospect.
Mentorship from an owner who closes live and works appointments with you.
We'll move you here. We will assist with your relocation to Fort Collins.
