Job Description: Wealth Management Senior Relationship Manager

Work Location: In Office

Regular Schedule: Full-Time

Salary: $80k-$100k with up to 30% bonus opportunity

Reports to: President

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Role Overview: As a Senior Relationship Manager at Acorn Creek Capital, your role is pivotal in making sure that our clients hear from us proactively and that we are regularly updated on their lives. This role will develop and maintain client relationships on behalf of the wealth management firm. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, extremely prompt and thorough follow-through, understanding the client’s investment goals, and working with our team to help provide tailored investment recommendations.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Address client requests, provide support, and offer financial investment advice incorporating feedback from the wealth manager to deliver our team philosophy.
Handle client reviews and any follow-up items.
Administer our team’s proactive service model by calling clients regularly.
Create and maintain each client’s financial plan.
Stay current on market conditions as it relates to the client’s objectives.
Maintain a deep understanding of our team’s investment matrix to explain to the client our philosophy as it relates to their Financial Plan.
Track and maintain client information using CRM (salesforce).
Participate in team meetings and strategic projects.
Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

3+ years in a financial advisory role.
FINRA Series 65 license required.
Bachelor's degree and/or four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Background:

Experience working with both affluent and high net worth clients.
Additional certifications like CPWA, CFP or CRPC preferred.
Proficiency in trading and financial planning software. Experience in Orion and/or Money Guide Pro is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong technical skills.
Proficiency in computer use, especially Excel.
