This respected healthcare organization in Central Montana is seeking a System Director Pharmacy Operations for an exciting opportunity to oversee pharmacy services across a growing health system. This role is ideal for an experienced pharmacy leader who is passionate about medication safety, clinical excellence, and developing high-performing teams across multiple pharmacy settings.

The System Director Pharmacy Operations will join a community-focused healthcare system that provides a wide range of acute care and outpatient services while maintaining a strong commitment to quality and patient-centered care. The System Director Pharmacy Operations will oversee pharmacy staff across acute care and infusion pharmacy services, providing mentorship, direction, and operational support.

The System Director Pharmacy Operations will oversee pharmacy operations supporting acute care pharmacy services and an infusion pharmacy environment with a focus on quality, safety, and exceptional patient care. This leader will work alongside dedicated pharmacists, technicians, providers, and clinical teams to ensure medication processes are efficient and aligned with best practices. The System Director Pharmacy Operations will play an important role in advancing pharmacy programs, improving workflows, and supporting a culture of collaboration.

The System Director Pharmacy Operations will provide strategic and clinical leadership by developing pharmacy standards, supporting staff education, evaluating performance, and promoting continuous quality improvement initiatives. This leader will also oversee operational responsibilities including budgeting, financial performance, staffing plans, regulatory compliance, productivity monitoring, and vendor relationships. The System Director Pharmacy Operations will be instrumental in strengthening medication management processes while building strong partnerships across the organization.
