Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate CNA/Medication Technician to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will be responsible for administering medications to residents, ensuring their safety and well-being while providing high-quality care. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of physiology, experience in caregiving, and the ability to work effectively with individuals with various needs, including dementia and disabilities.

Responsibilities

Administer medications to residents as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
Monitor and document vital signs and changes in residents' conditions.
Provide care and assist with ADLs.
Support residents with memory care activities and engage them in meaningful interactions.
Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare staff to ensure comprehensive care plans are followed.
Maintain accurate records of medication administration and resident care.
Uphold a safe environment by adhering to all health and safety regulations.

Experience

Previous experience in caregiving of geriatrics preferred.
Familiarity with dementia care techniques is desirable
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
