Massage Envy – Hamilton Place

Massage Envy Hamilton Place is looking for a friendly, outgoing, motivated Front Desk Associate to join our team. Our front desk team plays a huge role in the overall experience of our members and guests. You’ll be the person who welcomes them in, helps them feel taken care of, and sends them home feeling appreciated.

This is more than a traditional receptionist position. We’re looking for someone who enjoys connecting with people, building relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and confidently talking about our services and Wellness Program. If you’re naturally positive, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and like working toward goals with a team, this could be a great fit for you!

What you'll do

As a Front Desk Sales Associate at this Massage Envy franchised location, essential responsibilities revolve around providing excellent service to members and guests. Responsibilities include:

Answering phone calls and assisting with scheduling, questions, and general inquiries.
Checking members and guests in and out for appointments.
Promoting and selling the Wellness Program.
Re-engaging inactive members and supporting retention efforts.
Keeping management apprised of member concerns and following manager’s policies, procedures and direction.
Accepting constructive criticism in a positive manner and using it as a learning tool.
Upholding the Massage Envy brand’s core values of optimism, gratitude, excellence, consistency and empathy.
Staying updated on retail products and promotions.
Recognizing and supporting team goals and creating and maintaining positive relationships with team members.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
Basic math and cash-handling skills.
Comfortable using computers and learning new software systems.
Strong phone, computer, organizational, and communication skills.
Previous customer service or sales experience preferred.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to learn about massage, skincare, stretch services, and wellness products.
