Ultimate Health Plans, Inc. (“UHP”) is a fast growing Medicare Advantage health plan with its headquarters located in Spring Hill, Florida. UHP plans provide all the benefits of Original Medicare Parts A and B, plus additional benefits not available with Original Medicare.

We are seeking Seasonal Sales Agents to service Indian River and St. Lucie counties.

All of our Sales Agents make a base + commission + bonus + car allowance + cell phone allowance.

Position Summary Primary responsibility includes prospecting and generating new sales leads in the Medicare community. Proficiently working company provided leads and attaining sales goals. Building relationships with company and community partners. Engaging in an ethical, motivated team environment with fellow agents and teammates. Agents must be adaptive, creative and self motivated.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned

Prospecting within the community for Medicare beneficiaries including chronic special needs and Medicare-Medicaid dual eligible candidates.
Conducts group seminars as well as one-on-one educational sales meetings with potential clients.
Spends time in the field at the offices of key network providers (physicians), community-based organizations, community events and health fairs educating eligible Medicare program participants on their health care options and specifically on our product offering.
Complete prospecting mailers with company provided lead lists, materials and postage.
Maintains relationships of individual book of business by conducting follow up calls, assisting in problem resolutions and conduct member mailers.
Periodically covers the local office based on a provided schedule to work incoming leads and assist or redirect in customer service tasks.
Work in coordination with our Community Events Coordinator to generate new opportunities.
Participate in weekly sales meetings at the Summerfield office.
Complete required sales tasks and compliance requirements in a timely fashion.

Other Qualifications

MUST HAVE A 2-15 OR A 2-40 LICENSE TO SELL HEALTH INSURANCE.

Travel within the service counties (Indian River and St. Lucie counties )– 80%

Includes Monthly Cell Phone Allowance and Car Allowance.

Ability to work flexible hours (i.e., events, etc.) required.
